Rose water is the gentle diplomat of skincare — hydrating, lightly toning, and beautifully calming when skin feels stressed. Frozen into a roller, it becomes a cool, petal-light reset for tired or overworked skin.
You'll need
- 150 ml food-grade rose water (or cooled rose tea)
- 50 ml filtered water
- 1 tsp glycerine (optional, for extra slip and hydration)
Method
- Stir the rose water, filtered water and glycerine (if using) together in a small jug.
- Pour into your IceRoutine roller three-quarters full.
- Cap, stand upright and freeze at least 4 hours.
- Glide over clean skin for 2–3 minutes, focusing on cheeks and jawline. Follow with serum and moisturiser.
When to use
After long screen days, pre-event to calm redness, or any time your skin wants a little softness back.
