Green tea is one of those quiet skincare heroes — full of antioxidants, gently brightening, and beautifully calming on cool skin. It's the roller I reach for on the mornings my face does not want to cooperate.
You'll need
- 200 ml filtered water
- 1 green tea bag (or 1 tsp loose leaf)
- A small slice of lemon (optional, for freshness)
Method
- Steep the green tea in hot water for 3 minutes, then let it cool completely.
- Squeeze in the lemon if using. Strain and pour into your IceRoutine roller three-quarters full.
- Freeze upright for at least 4 hours.
- Roll over clean skin for 2–3 minutes, focusing on cheeks and under-eyes. Follow with serum and moisturiser.
When to use
On groggy mornings, after long flights, or any time your skin needs to look a little more awake than it feels.
