For skin that needs a deep breath.
Chamomile is the cup of tea you give to a tired friend — and skin loves it too. Softly anti-inflammatory, warmly soothing, it's the roller I reach for when my face feels reactive, red, or just over it.
You'll need
- 200 ml filtered water
- 2 chamomile tea bags (or 2 tsp dried chamomile flowers)
- 1 tsp honey (optional, for a little extra softness)
Method
- Steep the chamomile in just-boiled water for 5 minutes. Stir in the honey while warm.
- Let it cool completely, then strain.
- Pour into your IceRoutine roller three-quarters full and freeze upright for at least 4 hours.
- Roll over clean skin in slow, outward strokes for 2–3 minutes. Follow with moisturiser.
When to use
After a long day, during a flare-up, or whenever the mirror shows redness that a deep breath can't fix.
Cool. Calm. Glow.
